The Preliminary Observations contained serious errors and many expressed concern that these errors would be perpetuated as truth if the report is finalized in its current form.
On January 25, 2017, ‘Viewers and Listeners for Legal Compliance in Broadcasting’ sent an “Open Letter” to Prof. Kaye.

The ‘Alliance for Truth about Comfort Women,’ comprising of 15 private organizations, also sent an open letter expressing serious concerns regarding the entirely inaccurate content of the “Preliminary Observations”.

We hope that the finalized report will contain facts and be free of the erroneous claims currently contained within the Preliminary Observation.

Questions are welcome.
